Inspection and Certification

Quality Control:

We minimize risk and mishaps with vigilant quality control. All incoming containers are rigorously and methodically inspected. When the integrity of a container is compromised, we fix it to meet the quality standards we are known for. Finally, as a means of doubling down on quality control, we provide a secondary inspection at the pick-up point prior to delivery.

Container Delivery:

When you lease or buy a container we provide the delivery service throughout the province of Quebec and Eastern Ontario.

Our team of reliable and professional truckers deliver your container with a tilt and load truck and carefully position it in place.

To receive a price for the delivery of your container, when filling out our online request a quote form, enter the delivery address when prompted.

*Payment in full of your invoice is due upon delivery and must be remitted to the trucker.*

Before we deliver your container, there are a few things you must consider and prepare.

At delivery, the trucker backs the truck into position, tilts the platform, and the container touches the ground. From there, the trucker slowly moves forward, and the container slides into place. A standard shipping container has a set of cargo doors at one end.

The container door loading direction on the truck for its final placement prior to pick and delivery is important.

There are two container loading options:

1. If the container is loaded with the container doors facing the driver’s cabin the doors will touch the ground last.

2. If the container is loaded with the container doors opposite the driver’s cabin, the container doors will touch the ground first.

Level the area where the container sits.

Level the area where the container sits, this ensures the hinges of the doors align correctly, facilitating the opening and closing of the container doors.

Air should circulate freely under the container to prevent rotting of the floor.

We suggest you place railroad ties, concrete blocks or treated wood so that the container sits a few inches above the ground. Air should circulate freely under the container to prevent the floor from rotting over time.

The delivery process is quick and should not take more than 30 minutes:

Finally, as long as the site is clear and adequate clearance is provided for delivery, the container delivery process should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Be advised that delays for waiting time, insufficient space, inadequate container loading instructions will result in unnecessary delays and additional costs which will be billed to you directly and must be paid on site.

20-Foot container delivery space requirement:

For a smooth delivery process the truck must have at least 65 feet in a straight line of clearance space. This space requirement includes the length of the container itself, the length of the truck deck, and finally the truck itself.

40-Foot container delivery space requirement:

For a smooth delivery process, the truck must have at least 110 feet in a straight line of clearance space. This space requirement includes the length of the container itself, the length of the truck deck, and finally the truck itself.

Container modifications and customization:

When you purchase a new or used container, we can modify and install steel roll up doors, garage doors, windows and man doors. We offer the container painting service and a variety of paint options. Sure to transform the inside or the outside of your container.

Inspection and certification of containers for export:

All containers to be used for export purposes must be inspected and certified before being loaded onto a ship. We provide container inspection services and the issue of the necessary export documents and certificates to be remitted to the shipping lines.
